RMA Information
CognitiveTPG printers are designed to last but occasionally our customers have a need for a repair service. In the event we offer repair and maintenance for your CognitiveTPG products through our network of factory-trained and certified partners. You may choose from the following service options:
- Repairs performed while the printer is under warranty are done free of charge in accordance to the warranty statement
- Repairs on product out of warranty are performed for a service fee
- Customer pays inbound freight and CognitiveTPG pays outbound freight
- WEEE recycling for items in the EU (see this page for more information)
Before any printer can be repaired you will need a RMA Number. Please fill out the form below to obtain your RMA number.
