TPG Announces New President and CEO

Lincolnshire, IL (TPGprinters.com) April 30, 2007 - Transaction Printer Group (TPG), a global leader in the design, manufacture, and marketing of point-of-sale printers and OEM printing products, has appointed Robert Morris to President and Chief Executive Officer, following the retirement of Lindsey Allen. Mr. Morris is based in Lincolnshire, Illinois and is responsible for all TPG operations in New York, California, Mexico, and China.

Mr. Morris has been TPG’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the last four years. Prior to joining TPG, he was the Chief Operating Officer of an international consumer products manufacturing company, after serving many years in the public accounting industry. Mr. Morris is a Certified Public Accountant, and received his MBA from the University of Michigan.
