Printer Replacement

CognitiveTPG announces the replacement of the CID and CIT models effective May 15, 2014. The replacement CXD and CXT printer model are listed in the reference table in Appendix A. Parts unique to the CID and CIT models will be provided for a period of up to three years from the date of the replacement announcement based on parts availability.

 

Discontinuation Schedule

May 15, 2014	CID and CIT replacement announcement

May 15, 2017	End of all repair service and parts (based on availability) unique for the CID and CIT models

 

Replacement Product

The CognitiveTPG CXD and CXT models provide drop-in replacements for all CID and CIT printing applications. The CXD and CXT models support all of the features, flexibility, and accessories of the replaced models. Additional features include:

• 8IPS Print Speed

Repair Service, Spare Parts and Technical Support

CognitiveTPG will provide service, spare parts, and support for the replaced models according to the discontinuation schedule described above. Custom firmware changes, modifications and support for the CID/CIT models have been discontinued effective immediately.
